ALBUM REVIEW ::::: THE SECOND COMING BY VECTOR THA VIPER‏

TRACK TITTLE: INTRO (1972)
PRODUCER: UNKNOWN
COMMENT: The Viper uses this intro to talk about his experience in the beginning of his career and other issues relating to Humble beginnings, slow but steady progression which is evident in the hook of the track also self belief as key to success coupled with trust issues …”Receive the virtues of their advice but be careful cos soon dem go add vice”

TRACK TITTLE: JAWON LE FT MUNO
PRODUCER: DA PIANO
COMMENT: Muno supplies the hook for this one which emphasizes of “MOVING ON” leaving his haters in a stagnant position as the name of the track suggests, and being a leader to haters not stopping till success is achieved

TRACK TITTLE: BORN LEADER FT MAVADO
PRODUCER: DASECA PRODUCTIONS
COMMENT: RAP MEETS DANCEHALL, YSG combines with WE THE BEST on this one, with Mavado bringing the dancehall on board with delivery in his trademark patios style. Vector and Mavado talking about both of them as BORN LEADERS in their respective fields…’ME AND MAVADO WE NOYHING BOTH ROLE MODELS’.Seems Tha Viper was also staking his claim in the RAP GAME ’My book of rhymes is the bible of RAP...”

TRACK TITTLE: WE MADE OH
PRODUCER: DEL B
COMMENT: BANGING BEAT , DEL B went crazy on the Drums, this is a VICTORY joint from Mr. Vector .Vector talks about his Grand arrival into the game coupled with the phenomenon that comes with fame/success i.e. MONEY CARS GIRLS HOUSES. Something for the club, celebrations which is apparently clear from the punchlines

TRACK TITTLE: HUSTLE FT SOUND SULTAN
PRODUCER: MR.SMITH
COMMENT: One of the best tracks of T2C, Vector employs the experienced and legendary hands of Sound Sultan with NAIJA NINJAS 1ST LADY YUNGRACEY backing them up  .HUSTLE  is a quintessential HUSTLERS ANTHEM laced with  thought provoking lines ,going by the name of the track ITS ALL ABOUT THE HUSTLE .Vector  and Sound Sultan talk  about how one must hustle his or her way to the top of the ladder despite harsh conditions and circumstances…TO BAKE BREAD YOU GOT TO GO THROUGH HEAT,I CANT FEED IF I DON’T STARVE,I WONT FINISH IF I DON’T START.

TRACK TITTLE: DON’T ENVY ME FT ROCK STEADY
PRODUCER: SHOGON
COMMENT: Vector brings Hypertek nigga Rocksteady on board to run things on this track. Is Tha Viper addressing someone in particular or just an imaginary person? That aside. Vector presents himself as GODs ENGINEERING, he addresses the individual who envies him to desist from such and holding him down amounts to a waste of time as doing so would also stagnate such person.RockSteady adds his reggae cum R N B feel to complete the track

TRACK TITTLE: SHAYE
PRODUCER: TEE Y MIX
COMMENT: The expert touch of TY MIX is evident on this one with the piano and strings .Mr. Vector is in a jubilant mood here after the rigors of hustle, he wants to “SAYE’ i.e. flex and enjoy. FEEL GOOD TRACK ON THE WHOLE.

TRACK TITTLE: I LIKE GIRLS
PRODUCER: DEL B
COMMENT: Vector in a flirtatious mood here declaring his love for the opposite sex.Track laced with sexual innuendos in form of metaphors danceable song also this should have one nodding all through

TRACK TITTLE: YOU BAD
PRODUCER: DA PIANO
COMMENT: The flirtatious Vector sounds like he has found his missing rib and he is ready to introduce her to his parents after experiences with other girls by eulogizing her “YOU BAD”,Is he referring to someone in existence or just figment of imagination? TIME WOULD TELL

TRACK TITTLE: FOLLOW ME DEY GO
PRODUCER: DA PIANO
COMMENT: RAP meets REGGAE; Vector attempts to show his versatility on this joint, rank as one of the best joint on the album; smooth word play, one for the clubs Reggae lovers and REEFER LIFERS… LOL. Da Piano and Vector came correct on this with his trademark wordplay.  LAUDABLE   EFFORT.

TRACK TITTLE: NA YOU FT MUNO
PRODUCER: TEE Y MIX
COMMENT: Yet again Muno proves himself as a good singer providing the hook for this love joint, Vector goes ahead to sing about his CHOSEN ONE , love and its trials .Seeming Mr. Vector has found TRUE LOVE in its undiluted form

TRACK TITTLE: MUNGE SHEKA
PRODUCER: TEE Y MIX
COMMENT: Another attempt by Vector to show how versatile he could be as he flows in Hausa language.

TRACK TITTLE: ALONE FT EMMSONG
PODUCER: DA PIANO
COMMENT: Sequel to KILODE (SOS)? Emmsong delivers a sonorous chorus as he did on KILODE, whilst THA VIPER takes the listener on a short journey lasting four minutes and 8seconds about his life on issues ranging from his upbringing both parentally and streetwise, trust issues, him as a LONE RANGER and his relationship with his colleagues…This track gets u paying attention to every word spoken

TRACK TITTLE: V9 CYPHA FT MODE9
PRODUCER: LICIOUSKRACKIT
COMMENT: What’s A CYPHA? Cypha is a Variety of Freestyle an age long hip-hop culture whereby rappers rap off the top or otherwise to instrumentals .Both rappers did just this, Mode9 shows he is the King of BOOM BAP RAP with excellent delivery of his heavy bars, in the same vein Vector displays his prowess as A BATTLE rapper and WORDPLAY king .About who got the best Verse? BE THE JUDGE

TRACK TITTLE: ANGELI FT 9ICE
PRODUCER: SAGZY
COMMENT: YSG teams up with ALAPOMEJI. Award winning   track that puts Vector on the map, catchy hook from GAA, Vector laced this one with brilliant wordplay and punchlines whilst seeking for GODS FAVORS which is clear from the chorus .His prayers were answered considering the number of awards the track gave him.

TRACK TITTLE: AMEN FT JAZZY
PRODUCER: LICIOUSKRACKIT
COMMENT: Jazzy on the hook as Vector drops  heavy prayer points to whoever is listening .All that is required of the listener is to say AMEN at the end of each line as every line is replete with prayers .He also uses the opportunity to say a prayer for the Nation and souls lost to the bomb blasts

TRACK TITTLE: FEAR NO EVIL
PRODUCER: DA PIANO
COMMENT: Vector tells us that he fears no evil in whatever form he also takes time to address whack rappers including those who thought rap would never bring quid, conversely he gives props to “in-depth lyricism”.

TRACK TITTLE: SKIT
PRODUCER: UNKNOWN
COMMENT: Seyi Shay provides the vocal for this which has some sexual innuendos,

TRACK TITTLE: RORA FT SHANK
PRODUCER: TYRONE
COMMENT: Another jam for the club, Shank adds the dancehall feel to this track, Vector on the hand does his Wordplay yet again

TRACK TITTLE: SE WON FE KU
PRODUCER: LICIOUSKRACKIT
COMMENT: SE WON FE KU is a WARNING SHOT from Vector to any contender and stating that he still knows his Hip Pop .Vector was aggressive on this coupled with his wordplay.

TRACK TITTLE: ONYEOLU FT BADMAN FLOSS
PRODUCER: DA PIANO
COMMENT: Onyeolu features relatively known BadMan Floss and Vector does his thing

TRACK TITTLE: OUTRO (WA SERE)
PRODUCER: MR.SMITH
COMMENT : Vector closes the album telling the listener about his not too rosy beginnings, stardom but notwithstanding  this he would not forget his origins .
