DAREY COLLABORATES WITH HIGHLIFE STAR FLAVOUR

 

No word yet from his minders, but we have it on good authority that two of our favourite singers Darey and Flavour Nabania have
gotten together on a track.
Sources at Darey’s Soul Muzik tell us the R&B giant will, any moment from now, release a remix of his popular track ‘sisi eko’. The new cut, features highlife cat Flavour who’s giving a new meaning to contemporary highlife right now. We’ve listened to a snippet, and can’t wait to listen to the full track.
‘Sisi eko’, was originally written and recorded by Sir Victor Olaiya.
We’re told this remix is one of the many remixes we’re to expect from Darey, who’s rounding up work on his debutnUK album…Wow this guy (FLAVOUR) is really making the eastern Nigeria proud you will agree with us that his highlife genre is now essential and popular as he now fuses it in any kind of genre be it
hip-hop , rnb , afrobeat etc and we have seen that in the liks of M.I ft FLAVOUR -NUMBER ONE, SOUND SULTAN ft. FLAVOUR -OROBO RMX, he has also worked with RUGGED MAN and many other artistes. But the only problem is that, his lyrics are mostly too hadcore that some of his songs are not allowed to be played on air.
